In December 2003

Shandong Rike Chemical Co.,Ltd. was established in Changle County Economic Development Zone, Weifang City.

In December 2004

company passed the ISO9001:2000 quality management system certification.

In July 2005

company's second new factory put into production of a new impact modifier ACM resin.

In 2006

company's first R&D center was established, dedicated to the research and production of high-performance PVC plastic additives.

In March 2007

company's third new factory-Shandong Rike New Materials Co., Ltd., put into production.

On September 28, 2009

Shandong Rike Chemical Co., Ltd. was renamed as "Shandong Rike Chemical Co., Ltd." for IPO intention.

In September 2009

company started its fourth new factory (located in Changle County, Weifang City) to produce MBS products.

In October 2009

Shandong Rike New Materials Co., Ltd., as wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, was recognized as a high-tech enterprise by Shandong Provincial Department of Science and Technology and related five departments.

In January 2010

company's trademarks "HL" and "RIKE" were registered in the European Union.

In July 2010

company passed ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management System and GB/T28001-2001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System certifications.

In November 2010

company was recognized as a Chinese patent Shandong star enterprise by Shandong Provincial Department of Science and Technology and Shandong Provincial Intellectual Property Office.

On May 11, 2011

company was successfully listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. The stock is referred to as "Rike Chemical", stock code 300214.

On December 16, 2011

company's R&D center was recognized by Shandong Provincial Department of Science and Technology as the Shandong Provincial Plastic Modification Engineering Technology Research Center.

In October 2012

company was recognized for the second time by Torch High tech Industry Development Center of the Ministry of Science and Technology as a key high-tech enterprise under the National Torch Plan.

On December 20, 2012

ACM project of Shandong Rike Rubber and Plastic Technology Co., Ltd. (Zhanhua), as wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, was completed and put into operation.

On March 23, 2014

the project undertaken by company under the national "12th Five Year Plan" technology support plan, "Research and Development and Application Demonstration of Weathering Resistant High Performance Plastic Shapes for Energy Saving Doors and Windows", passed the acceptance.

In November 2014

company's R&D center was recognized by the Shandong Provincial Industry and Information Technology Commission as Shandong Provincial Enterprise Technology Center.

In September 2015

with approval of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the National Postdoctoral Management Committee, a postdoctoral research workstation was officially established in our company.

In December 2017

it was approved by Shandong Provincial Intellectual Property Office and awarded the title of Shandong Provincial Intellectual Property Demonstration Enterprise.

In August 2018

it was approved by China National Intellectual Property Administration and won the title of National Intellectual Property Advantage Enterprise.

In August 2020

company was recognized as a high-tech enterprise by five departments including Shandong Provincial Department of Science and Technology for the fourth time.

In September 2020

after re-audit, it passed the certification of ISO9001:2000 Quality Management System, ISO14001:2004 Environmental Management System, and GB/T28001-2001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System.

In August 2022

it was approved by Weifang Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, and won the title of "specialized, special and new SMEs".

In October 2022

it was approved by China National Intellectual Property Administration and won the title of "National Intellectual Property Demonstration Enterprise".

In October 2022

it was approved by National Accreditation Service and recognized as a CNAS national laboratory.

In May 2023

it was approved by Shandong Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology and awarded the title of "Shandong Province Specialized, Refined, and New Small and Medium sized Enterprise".

In May 2023

company obtained a total of 50 patents, including 28 invention patents and 22 utility model patents.

In April 2024

The third factory of Shandong Rike Rubber and Plastic Technology Co.,Ltd. was completed and put into production.
