RIKETM Rubber grade of CPE

Section 1: Description 

Rubber grades of CPE products are formulated into quality extruded, molded, and sheet rubber goods that satisfy critical needs for heat, oil and chemical resistance, compression set, toughness and durability, processibility, and value-related economics. Major applications as follow.

Due to its flame retardant, high-temperature resistance and weather resistance, they are widely used in cable sheaths of household applications, elevators and welding machines, etc.

CM products are superior in high temperature resistance, oil resistance, flexible life and flame retardant. The liquid transportation hoses and oil gas transportation hoses made from CM products are better than other rubber polymers especially suitable for liquid pressure-bearing transportation hoses.

CM products are superior in high temperature resistance, ozone resistance, atmospheric aging resistance, low temperature resistance, flame retardant and is long in flexible life. So, it is first option for production of the various conveying belts ranging from flame-retardant conveying belts, heat-resistant conveying belts and ordinary conveying belts. Application of CM products will largely prolong service life of the conveying belts .

CM products have high filling capacity for ferrite magnetic powders. Magnetic components made of CM products are precise, soft and superior in low temperature property and is widely used in computer, automobile, electrical household appliances, motors, medicine and so on.

CM products can be used in special rubber products like those used in automobile, boats, ships, train, mine and other rolling stocks .
